Crew neck t shirt or basic t shirt is one of the most commonly preferred products for both promotional and employee / worker clothing purposes. According to fabric options, it is suitable for both blue collar and white collar.
Visuality rather than quality is at the forefront in events such as rallies, meetings, sports competitions, where they are distributed in high quantities, to be used for a couple of times. For this reason, it is desired to use the most suitable product in terms of production and cost. The shirt is produced with openend tube fabric, suitable for a few uses, in order to have a low cost. FABRIC OPTIONS & RECOMMENDATIONS
In basic t shirt groups, mainly 2 types of fabric are used, openend single jersey and combed single jersey. While openend fabric is preferred for affordable and multiple demands, combed fabrics are used for higher quality product demands.
Both fabric types are 100% cotton. The m² weights of the fabrics vary according to the demand. While 140 gr/m² openend fabric is used for economical product demands, 110 – 120 gr/m² openend fabrics are preferred for even more economical demands. On the contrary, 160gr/m² combed cotton fabric is used in the standard for quality fabric requests, while production made with 180 – 200 gr/m² fabrics is offered for a more weighty and fuller appearance. High quality demands are met with compact combed cotton fabric.
Fabrics have color fastness and sweat fastness features, of which reports we may share upon request.
Although 97% – 98% of the demands are with the fabrics mentioned above; interlock, lycra, single jersey or 100% polyester jersey fabrics can also be produced.

& COLOR OPTIONS
We have ready-made fabrics in certain standards in stock. Apart from these, as we are a manufacturer, the fabric can be dyed to any color requested for specific higher quantity orders, or weights can be arranged according to requests. For lower quantities, the most suitable colored fabrics in our stocks are preferred.

PATTERN OPTIONS & ARRANGEMENTS
Apart from our standard size tables and samples, since we are a manufacturer, model changes can be applied as per special pattern requests.
Special pattern studies are carried out by the model designers within our company, and approval processes are supported through samples. Prepared samples are submitted for approval before production, and any desired arrangements can be made on it.

WITH COMPANY LOGO PRINTING & EMBROIDERY
There are basically 3 different methods::
- EMBROIDERY: Logos embroidered on the product with thread offer an endless lifespan. Since there is no limitation in thread colors, it is suitable for application in all colors.
- SCREEN PRINT (DYE PRINT): It is the primary choice for those who do not want embroidery. It is the application of dye directly onto the fabric through templates prepared in accordance with the logo. Since the desired colors are prepared with dye mixtures in this method, there is no color limitation. Thanks to the dye applied directly to the fabric, it has a very long lifespan.
- DTF PRINT (TRANSFER PRINT): It is preferred especially when there are color transitions within the logos. The exact image of the logo is transferred to special papers with computers and DTF machines, then applied onto the fabric with press machines at the appropriate heat and time. It offers a very long lifespan with special fixation processes applied after printing.
Logo branding can be applied to desired areas (arms, front, rear, back, neck etc.).
For logos, up to 12 colors of screen print can be made; DTF print is applied for more detailed ones.

SAMPLING & PRODUCTION PROCESSES

After the approvals on the witness samples produced in line with the demands, the production process starts quickly with the fabrics in our stocks. If a special color is requested, color studies are initially done and color approval is received, then the fabric dyeing process is quickly started with the raw fabrics in our stock. For special color studies, order delivery times are extended by about 1 week – 10 days.
Since the quality control processes are also carried out within our company, complete and error-free order delivery is always completed within the promised time.
