This is the most basic product. It can be produced with many fabric alternatives. Regenerated fabric, openend 2 ply with and without brushed-back, combed cotton 2 ply with and without brushed back, openend 3 ply with and without brushed-back, and combed cotton 3 ply with and without brushed-back are the most preferred fabrics produced as standard.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In line with requests, it can also be produced with different fabrics such as 2 ply lycra, lycra single jersey, steel interlock, fleece, openend and combed single jersey.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Special pattern studies are carried out by the model designers within our company, and approval processes are supported through samples<\/strong>.     CUSTOM SWEATSHIRTS PRODUCTION
    \nWITH COMPANY LOGO PRINTING & EMBROIDERY<\/h2>\n

    There are basically 3 different methods::<\/p>\n

    1. EMBROIDERY: <\/strong>Logos embroidered on the product with thread offer an endless lifespan<\/strong>. Since there is no limitation in thread colors, it is suitable for application in all colors<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    2. SCREEN PRINT (DYE PRINT): <\/strong> It is the primary choice for those who do not want embroidery. It is the application of dye directly onto the fabric through templates prepared in accordance with the logo. Since the desired colors are prepared with dye mixtures in this method, there is no color limitation<\/strong>. Thanks to the dye applied directly to the fabric, it has a very long lifespan<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    3. DTF PRINT (TRANSFER PRINT): <\/strong>It is preferred especially when there are color transitions within the logos<\/strong>. The exact image of the logo is transferred to special papers with computers and DTF machines, then applied onto the fabric with press machines at the appropriate heat and time. It offers a very long lifespan<\/strong> with special fixation processes applied after printing.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Logo branding can be applied to desired areas (arms, front, rear, back, neck etc.)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

      For logos, up to 12 colors of screen print<\/strong> can be made; DTF print<\/strong> is applied for more detailed ones.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

      After the approvals on the witness samples produced in line with the demands<\/strong>, the production process starts quickly with the fabrics in our stocks. If a special color is requested<\/strong>, color studies are initially done and color approval is received, then the fabric dyeing process is quickly started with the raw fabrics in our stock. For special color studies, order delivery times are extended by about 1 week \u2013 10 days.<\/strong><\/p>\n
