& COLOR OPTIONS
Fleece jackets are typically prepared with a fabric weight of 280 g/m², but they can also be produced with a thinner fabric weight of 220 g/m² for specific requirements. As a manufacturing company, we can adjust the fabric weights or dye the fabrics to any desired color based on the demands for certain minimum order quantities. For lower quantities, we prefer fabrics in the most suitable color available in our stock.

Special pattern studies are carried out by the model designers within our company, and approval processes are supported through samples. Prepared samples are submitted for approval before production, and any desired arrangements can be made on it.
LOGO EMBROIDERY FLEECE JACKETS PRODUCTION
Printing techniques cannot be applied to fleece jacket products. The fabrics are 100% polyester, and logo application is done through EMBROIDERY. In cases where there is color gradient in the logos, the printed fabric is sewn onto the fleece jacket in the form of an emblem.
Logo branding can be applied to desired areas (sleeves, front, back, collar, neck, etc.).

After the approvals on the witness samples produced in line with the demands, the production process starts quickly with the fabrics in our stocks. If a special color is requested, color studies are initially done and color approval is received, then the fabric dyeing process is quickly started with the raw fabrics in our stock. For special color studies, order delivery times are extended by about 1 week – 10 days.
Since the quality control processes are also carried out within our company, complete and error-free order delivery is always completed within the promised time.
